RETURN

If you would like to exchange your goods, please send an email to info@grillgoods.de with your invoice number, the reason for the return and the article number of the item you would like to return!

If you are not satisfied with your order from Grillgoods.de, you can return or exchange your order within fourteen days. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. Once the goods have been used, they can no longer be exchanged. The products must be in new condition. If goods are returned which have already been used, you have the option of receiving the product again in return for payment of the shipping costs. The right to a refund does not apply. The buyer bears the costs for the return shipment.

If the 14-day right of return is used, the buyer bears the costs of the return shipment.

If your delivered grill is damaged, we also have the right to repair your grill before sending you a replacement.
