We do our best to get your goods to you soon

We do our best to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible. Stock items usually leave our warehouse within two days at the latest, even in peak season.

However, for products such as spare parts that we may have to order from the manufacturer, the delivery time can be up to 30 days.

If a spare part is also not available from the manufacturer, the order will unfortunately have to be canceled.

We therefore recommend that you always order spare parts separately from the rest of your order.

We send small parts and accessories by parcel, while barbecues are sent by forwarding agent. For this it is extremely important that we have a correct telephone number from you, otherwise you may incur additional costs.
