With the Masterbuilt Gravity Series you will find various models that make smoking easier and more precise than ever before. All appliances use the innovative GravityFed™ charcoal container, which allows briquettes and charcoal to slide in automatically. A DigitalFan™ keeps the temperature constant, and you can control everything conveniently via the digital control panel or the Masterbuilt app.

There is a choice of different series sizes:

• Gravity Series 600: Compact and space-saving, ideal for beginners or smaller gardens.
• Gravity Series 800: With extended grilling surface, integrated grill plate and additional smoking door for more functions.
• Gravity Series 1050: Large model with plenty of space and high performance, perfect for ambitious users or large groups.

This gives you full control over your preparation - from low & slow at 110 °C for pulled pork to searing at over 300 °C.

Digital charcoal grill and smoker in detail

The technology makes all the difference: your digital charcoal grill and smoker heats up to the desired temperature at the touch of a button. You simply fill the charcoal container on the side with briquettes or lump charcoal, which automatically slide in as soon as they burn down.

A fan ensures that there is always enough air reaching the embers - so the heat remains constant and you don't have to keep adding more. For additional flavor, you can add wood chips, which produce smoke when burning and give the food an intense aroma.

Thanks to the strong insulation, the heat remains stored in the appliance for a long time, so you can relax and smoké or grill meat, vegetables or whole dishes.

Accessories for Masterbuilt Smoker

You can flexibly expand your Masterbuilt Smoker with the right accessories. A cover protects the appliance in all weathers, additional grill grates and inserts for wood chips provide variety during preparation.

Practical helpers such as a second warming rack or cast iron plates also give you more options when grilling. This allows you to get even more convenience, variety and barbecue enjoyment out of your appliance - whether you're smokin', smoking or classic barbecuing.
