The Masterbuilt Gravity 1050 makes grilling easier than ever before. Fill the Gravity Fed charcoal tank on the side with up to 4.5 kg of charcoal or 7 kg of briquettes. The charcoal slides in automatically to ensure even embers and constant heat. You can conveniently set the temperature on the digital control panelor control the grill via the Masterbuilt app using WiFi or Bluetooth.

Large grilling surface for versatile preparation options

With a grilling surface of 71 x 45 cm on the cast iron grates, you have plenty of space for your food. There are also two additional grill levels made of porcelain-coated steel - ideal for post-cooking, smoking and keeping food warm. The Masterbuilt Gravity 1050 offers a total grilling area of 6770 cm², leaving nothing to be desired.

The digital temperature control allows you to regulate the heat precisely. The built-in fan ensures a constant supply of air so that the charcoal burns optimally. The Masterbuilt Gravity 1050 heats up to 110°C in just 10 minutes and reaches up to 370°C in 15 minutes - ideal for everything from slow smoking to searing.

The grill offers you up to 8 hours of grilling pleasure with a single filling of the charcoal tank. Thanks to the double-walled insulation, the heat is optimally retained in the cooking chamber, so you use less charcoal. For even more flavor, you can use smoking chips that are either mixed in with the charcoal or placed in the ash compartment.

With the Masterbuilt app, you can conveniently control your barbecue from anywhere. Connect the barbecue via Bluetooth or WiFi and monitor the temperatures of up to 4 temperature sensors simultaneously. One of these sensors is already included, so you can get started right away.
