The Babossa cast iron care spray consists of 100% vegetable oils, free from artificial additives, and is therefore perfect for use when grilling and cooking. It is also absolutely tasteless.

You can use the spray to care for your cast iron grills, Dutch ovens, pans and casserole dishes made of cast iron as well as to protect food from sticking to hot metal surfaces.

Thanks to the practical spray head, the grease release spray can be quickly and easily applied to the surface to be treated. It is extremely economical and eliminates the need for brushes or kitchen paper, as you can apply the care spray precisely and evenly.

The release spray is extremely temperature-resistant and tasteless, which is why it can also be used as a release agent in baking and casserole dishes, on baking trays, coated pans and even in waffle irons.

The use of Babossa grease spray

Cast iron has a natural tendency to corrode and rust. Therefore, cast iron surfaces should always be thinly coated with oil to protect them from direct contact with oxygen in the air and other corrosive influences.

After burning out, cleaning and cooling your grill grates, you should treat them immediately with the spray. Application is now quicker and more economical than ever before, as it is no longer necessary to apply the product with a spotty brush or an oil-soaked kitchen towel. All you need to do is spray the grill from all sides.

The same applies to your Dutch oven, cast-iron pan or casserole dish. After cleaning and cooling, simply apply a thin layer of the spray and store.

As a pleasant side effect, the care spray prevents food from sticking the next time it is used, as it also acts as a release agent. The care spray is therefore not only suitable for cast iron, but also for enameled grills or stainless steel grills to achieve a non-stick effect.
