For this seminar, we use the latest gas barbecue technology, which offers you both direct and indirect heat. Using a powerful gas barbecue, we will demonstrate how you can use preheated wooden planks to create intense smoke flavors and at the same time create gentle cooking zones. This equipment is complemented by smoking rails and stainless steel moulds, which ensure controlled, aromatic smoking processes and support the caramelization of glazes. A pizza stone rounds off the equipment for baking thin dough creations quickly and evenly. This variety of appliances allows you to experience the differences and special features of the individual preparation methods up close and take your barbecue skills to a new level.

We are not a brand-bound barbecue school with a sales show, but can show you all the products for direct comparison and you can find out for yourself which barbecue is the perfect barbecue for you or how you can achieve the best results with your barbecue.

Seminar schedule:
Please be present at least 15 minutes before the start of the seminar. You will be warmly welcomed in our family barbecue store and can arrive in peace and quiet and familiarize yourself with the barbecue topic. Our service team will pick you up punctually at the start of the seminar and take you from one barbecue paradise (our barbecue store) to the next (our barbecue school). There you will be served your first drink, can take off your bags and jackets, officially register and put on your barbecue apron. Each participant receives a barbecue apron and can take it home with them after the course. After the first chat, the barbecue master takes over and guides you through the various courses of the evening. He will explain and show you a lot and give you individual tasks for each recipe. The following applies to our courses: Everything can - nothing must! If you simply want to enjoy the ambience, the smell of BBQ, the cool beer and the delicious food as a group of 4, you have the freedom to leave the barbecuing to the others. But of course you can and should do and experience everything yourselves and ask any questions. You can decide for yourself which roles you take on that evening. There will be plenty of barbecue equipment available and our barbecue masters will adapt to each group individually. Whether it's a mixed group of barbecue enthusiasts, beginners and advanced barbecue fans or a closed group. Everyone gets their money's worth!
Accommodation:
It is possible to park a caravan/mobile home on our site and spend the night. Hotels for overnight stays are located in the immediate vicinity. We do not work with any of the following hotels. These are not recommendations but merely information about which hotels are in the immediate vicinity:

Please be there 15 minutes before the start of the course so that everything can start smoothly. The end of the course is somewhat variable and, depending on the group, the social program may end a little earlier or a little later. However, we are not strict and will let you finish the evening with us in peace.

For cost reasons, the minimum number of participants is 14. If the minimum number of participants is not reached by 10 days before the start of the seminar, we reserve the right to cancel the event in good time and to offer you alternative dates. If we are unable to find an alternative date together, you will receive the booked course in the form of a voucher for other courses or our product range. If you do not agree to a voucher, we will not be able to refund the booking fee. Cancellations must be communicated up to 14 days before the start of the course. Cancellations at shorter notice will result in the seminar being forfeited. Unfortunately, for planning reasons, the reason is not decisive. Even if you are unable to attend the seminar due to illness or other understandable reasons, we will still have to charge for the seminar, as it may not have been possible to cancel the course in time for the other participants and therefore the costs will not be covered. We are therefore safeguarding ourselves with this text for this case.
