The Petromax Dutch Oven ft9-t is a high-quality cast-iron cooking pot that allows you to cook in the traditional way. It is ideal for outdoor cooking, but also for use on the barbecue, in the oven or on the stove. With a capacity of 7.5 liters in the pot and 1.5 liters in the lid, it is the perfect choice for larger groups and versatile preparations.

Special features

• Even heat distribution: The Petromax Dutch Oven stores and distributes the heat optimally so that the food is cooked gently in its own juice. Perfect for bread, meat, stews or braised dishes.
• Multifunctional: The lid can also be used upside down as a pan or serving dish. This gives you flexibility when preparing different dishes.
• Versatile: Without feet, the ft9-t is ideal for use on the hob, grill or in the oven. Also suitable for outdoor use over an open fire or in embers.
• Pre-treated surface: The Dutch Oven is already seasoned (seasoned finish) and ready for immediate use. Regular care with oil maintains the patina and protects against corrosion.

Care tips

• Only use warm water and a soft brush for cleaning, as washing-up liquid can destroy the protective patina.
• Store the pot dry and with the lid slightly open to prevent rusting.
• Oil the Dutch Oven regularly to encourage the patina to build up.
