The all-purpose knife from adelmayer should definitely be in every good kitchen. An absolute all-rounder - you can cut fish, meat and vegetables without much pressure or effort. With a length of 12.8 cm, the sharp blade glides effortlessly through the food being cut. The blade steel is made from 67-layer Japanese VG-10 Damascus steel and is therefore extremely robust and durable. The steel is hand-ground, making each knife unique!

The 11.8 cm long handle is made of high-quality walnut wood and sits ergonomically in the hand. Its compact size makes it ideal for cutting small vegetables. The knife comes with a high-quality wooden storage box and another special gadget: a gemstone soap! This was made to remove stubborn odors such as garlic or onions from the blade.

Further information about the blade: the width is 2.4 cm, Rockwell hardness is 60 and the blade thickness is 2.0 mm.
