The blade steel is made from 67-layer Japanese Damascus steel and is therefore extremely robust and durable. It is hand-ground, making each knife unique!

The 14 cm long handle is made of high-quality walnut wood and sits ergonomically in the hand. The knife comes in a high-quality wooden storage box and another special gadget: a gemstone soap! This was made to remove stubborn odors such as garlic or onions from the blade. It comes with a cloth to keep the blade nice and sharp and prevent it from being damaged.

Further information about the blade: the width is 3.2 cm, Rockwell hardness is 60 and the blade thickness is 2.0 mm.
