The chopping knife from adelmayer enables you to chop large mountains of fruit and vegetables at lightning speed, as well as delicious herbs that need to be finely chopped. The sharp 18.3 cm blade can be used without much effort or pressure and is made from 67-layer Japanese VG-10 Damascus steel, making it not only extremely robust, but will also last for several generations.

The 14 cm long handle is also made of high-quality walnut wood and fits ergonomically in the hand. The knife comes with a high-quality wooden storage box and another special gadget: a gemstone soap! This was made to remove stubborn odors such as garlic or onions from the blade. A cloth is also supplied for careful polishing.

Further information about the blade: the width is 8.7 cm, Rockwell hardness is 60 and the blade thickness is 2.0 mm.
