The nakiri knife - doesn't mean anything to you? Think of it as the little brother of the samurai sword. Chopping large mountains of fruit and vegetables at lightning speed is absolutely no problem for the knife and should therefore be a must in every kitchen. In addition to chopping and slicing, peeling is also child's play with the Nakiri knife, and the wide and high blade is particularly suitable for beginners. The 17.5 cm blade can be used without much effort or pressure and is made from 67-layer Japanese VG-10 Damascus steel, making it extremely robust and durable.
The 14.5 cm long handle is made of high-quality walnut wood and sits ergonomically in the hand. The knife comes with a high-quality wooden storage box and another special gadget: a gemstone soap! This was produced to remove stubborn odors such as garlic or onions from the blade.
Further information about the blade: the width is 5 cm, Rockwell hardness is 60 and the blade thickness is 2.0 mm.
