The Santoku knife from adelmayer is an ideal cutting companion and should not be missing in any good kitchen. The very sharp 17.5 cm blade allows you to cut through meat, fish and vegetables without much pressure or effort. The blade steel is made from 67-layer Japanese VG-10 Damascus steel and is therefore extremely robust and durable. The steel is hand-ground, making each knife unique!

The 14.5 cm long handle is made of high-quality walnut wood and fits ergonomically in the hand. The knife comes with a high-quality wooden storage box and another special gadget: a gemstone soap! This was made to remove stubborn odors such as garlic or onions from the blade. It comes with a cloth to keep the blade nice and sharp and prevent it from being damaged.

Further information about the blade: the width is 4.5 cm, Rockwell hardness is 60 and the blade thickness is 2.0 mm.
