The peeling knife from adelmayer is a must-have in every kitchen if you don't want to miss out on your daily portion of fruit or vegetables! A practical helper that saves you a lot of time and nerves. The very sharp 9.3 cm blade allows you to cut through fruit and vegetables without much pressure or effort. The steel is made from 67-layer Japanese VG-10 Damascus steel and is therefore extremely robust and durable. The knife is hand-ground, making it truly unique.
The 12 cm long handle is made of high-quality walnut wood and fits ergonomically in the hand. The knife comes with a high-quality wooden storage box and another special gadget: a gemstone soap! This was produced to remove stubborn odors such as garlic or onions from the blade.
Further information about the blade: the width is 2.5 cm, Rockwell hardness is 60 and the blade thickness is 2.0 mm.
