The bird's beak peeling knife from adelmayer got its name from its unusual shape. This shape helps you to peel fruit and vegetables precisely without major problems and 'losses', without damaging them or cutting off too much. The sharp 7.8 cm blade can be used without much effort or pressure and is made from 67-layer Japanese VG-10 Damascus steel, making it not only extremely robust, but will also last for several generations. The handy size is also an advantage for peeling.

The 12 cm long handle is also made of high-quality walnut wood and fits ergonomically in the hand. The knife comes with a high-quality wooden storage box and another special gadget: a gemstone soap! This was made to remove stubborn odors such as garlic or onions from the blade. It comes with a cloth for careful polishing and a precisely adapted knife sheath, which also protects the blade.

Further information about the blade: the width is 2.5 cm, Rockwell hardness is 60 and the blade thickness is 2.0 mm.
