The sharp 26 cm long blade can glide effortlessly through meat without applying much pressure or force and carve it into the correct shape. The blade steel is made from 67-layer Japanese VG-10 Damascus steel and is therefore extremely robust and durable. The steel is hand-ground, making each knife unique!

The 14.5 cm long handle is made of high-quality walnut wood and fits ergonomically in the hand. The knife comes with a high-quality wooden storage box and another special gadget: a gemstone soap! This was made to remove stubborn odors such as garlic or onions from the blade. The knife comes with a wooden sheath to prevent unnecessary injury.
