The new Alfa Forni is an electric oven. It is comparable in size to the Alfa Forni Moderno 1 Pizze.
The electric oven does not reach the high temperatures of its two counterparts (gas & wood), but with advantages such as flexibility and ease of use, it is a good choice. It also offers the option of different cooking settings and is therefore more versatile. The oven reaches 400°C, which is the maximum temperature certified for a domestic oven. It has a 30 mm firebrick, manufactured by Alfa, which guarantees a perfect result, just like in a wood-fired oven.
The Urbe is certified for domestic use and is a versatile solution.
