Alfa has developed a special kit for the LPG version of Alfa gas ovens to connect the gas cylinder to the oven.
Follow these simple steps:
- Use the PTFE Teflon tape to seal the connections (wrap the PTFE Teflon tape at least 10 times around each thread)
- Connect the burner to the rear outlet of the oven and the connector supplied with the oven. Use the gasket supplied with the gas kit
- Connect the hose to the connection. Use the gasket supplied with the gas kit
- Screw the pressure regulator to the gas cylinder. Use the seal supplied with the gas kit
- Connect the hose to the pressure regulator. Use the Teflon tape
3 components: 1 hose with tongue and groove 1/2"; 1 low-pressure gas regulator 7 kg/h 30 mbar, 1 PTFE Teflon tape, 1 connection adapter.
Cylinder capacity of the gas cylinder: 15 kg, 20 kg, 30 kg
Connection for the LPG version of the gas ovens: One, Brio, Stone Oven, Dolce Vita
Please note! After installation, make sure that no gas is leaking. Check the pipes for gas leaks using the leak detection spray. First read through the installation instructions in full.
