The patented Alfa Forni kit allows you to fire your gas stove with wood as an alternative.
You can use your stove with wood in two simple steps: Close the burner on the left with the cover provided to protect it from soot and heat from the embers. Position the fire stand on the right-hand side to keep the wood on its side.
The fire will therefore only develop on the opposite side of the burner and never on the cover. (Before using the oven with gas again, make sure that the burner is undamaged).
The AISI 441 stainless steel hybrid kit has been specially developed to make the oven as easy to use as possible and to allow you to enjoy the aroma of wood fire at any time.

Material: machined stainless steel AISI 441
2 accessories: a burner cover and a fire stand
Heat resistance: up to 1,000° degrees Celsius.
