Hybrid kit
The hybrid kit allows you to use your gas oven as an alternative to a wood-fired oven. The choice of fuel gives you a variety of culinary options.
The hybrid kit consists of a burner cover and the fire block and is made of AISI 441 stainless steel.
The burner cover serves as a special cover for the gas burner, protecting it from damage when lighting the firewood.
The fire block is a useful accessory for convenient handling of the fire in the cooking space.
