The kit includes:

• The practical, removable door with large glass ceramic window ensures that the food in the oven is always under control;
• The insert with damper, placed at the base of the flue, is useful for more precise temperature control.

The Low & Slow kit is the first oven kit specifically designed for all those recipes that require slow cooking at low and constant temperatures, such as bread or rib steak.

Thanks to the removable stainless steel door with large glass ceramic window, it is possible to check the cooking progress of the food without having to constantly open the oven door.

This increases the visibility of the food and reduces heat loss.

The damper enables modular and precise regulation of the temperature required for the perfect success of the various recipes.

The Low & Slow Kit not only offers impeccable cooking performance, but also allows you to reduce consumption by increasing the energy efficiency of your oven.

The kit is designed to be easily and quickly installed on all Alfa domestic ovens, with the exception of the small Portable.

Simply place the insert with damper between the oven and the flue. Make sure you wear heat-resistant gloves when handling the damper when using the oven.
