The stainless steel pizza peel developed by Alfa is an indispensable tool for preparing pizza at home and for optimum handling of your domestic pizza oven.

The well thought-out design and the selection of high-quality materials make our pizza peel a professional accessory that perfectly combines the functionality, elegance and high quality that characterize all Alfa products.

The shovel blade is perforated and made of aluminum, which not only reduces the weight of the tool and makes it easier to handle, but also allows excess flour to fall off the pizza base. In this way, you can avoid baking pizzas on burnt flour, which causes an unpleasant, bitter taste and ruins all the effort you put into making a good pizza.

Length:

The scoop handle can be varied in length as it consists of several parts that can be screwed apart and together. It is therefore possible to obtain a shorter pizza peel by simply not attaching a shaft extension (or both).

The length of the Alfa pizza peel can therefore be changed according to your needs, allowing you to choose between 95 cm (handle + peel blade), 125 cm (handle + 1 shaft extension + peel blade) or 145 cm (handle + 2 shaft extensions + peel blade).

This factor is very useful when using a small oven, for example, but especially when working in confined spaces, e.g. a wood-fired oven on the patio.

The handle and the sliding handle sleeve are made of Duroplast, a particularly hard-wearing plastic that ensures a secure grip.
