UNDERFRAME FOR ALFA FORNI UNDERFRAME ALLEGRO

The Allegro underframe is black and equipped with large, concealed side shelves, a warming compartment and a shelf for wood or gas cylinders. The four built-in, lockable castor wheels allow easy movement and flexible positioning.

• The practical, fold-out side shelves offer the cook a generous storage area for ingredients, utensils and other necessary cooking accessories. They can be folded away to reduce the volume when the oven is not in use.
• The Allegro is equipped with a warming tray located directly below the combustion chamber. A practical detail for keeping food warm or letting it rest until serving.
• Thanks to the shelf, wood and gas bottle can be stored neatly and clearly.
• The four exposed, lockable castor wheels make the oven easier to handle and allow it to be quickly moved and set up in the desired location at any time.
