This special rice for paella is a mixture of the Senia, Bahía and Bomba varieties, which are grown in the Valencia region.

Only rice of the EXTRA quality grade is sold; the individual grains are pearl-shaped and have a slight sheen.
An excellent characteristic is its ability to absorb flavors, making this mixture ideal for paella.

A cooking time of 18 minutes is sufficient to prepare the rice. Leave to rest and infuse. Enjoy your meal.
