Use the plancha module like a large pan and prepare dishes such as Kaiserschmarrn, roast potatoes, smashburgers and much more.
UNIVERSAL: The plancha can be used universally for all gas barbecues or charcoal barbecues with the following minimum dimensions of your grilling surface: 57 cm wide, 40 cm deep.
An adapter piece made of 4mm solid stainless steel fits our plancha module from 390 - 490mm depth.
HANDCRAFTED: Each plancha module is made by hand and is tightly welded all around. A slope allows excess fat/oil to flow into the fat drain and your smashburgers get delicious roasted flavors throughout
