Babossa flame protection plate, Enders Kansas Turbo
Flame protection plates are also affectionately known as flavor bars, as the meat juices drip down onto the flavor bar during grilling and evaporate immediately. This evaporation gives the barbecue a wonderful aroma and a unique taste - the real BBQ!
Due to marinades with salts, acids and moisture, flavour bars are exposed to quite a lot of stress. Added to this is the high heat of over 300° C in the grill. Most aroma bars quickly reach their limits here and start to rust.
Our burner covers are made from 1.5 mm thick V4A stainless steel as standard and are therefore approx. twice as strong as most flame protection plates from barbecue manufacturers. While even premium suppliers only use V2A stainless steel, we at BABOSSA use V4A stainless steel so that you can enjoy a long and carefree barbecue experience with our flame protection plates. These are significantly more resistant to salt, acid, temperature and moisture and will therefore last much longer. This makes our flame spreaders the perfect replacement part for your gas barbecue.
We wouldn't be BABOSSA if we didn't go one better! So that you can achieve a more even temperature distribution and a higher, more direct temperature when barbecuing, we have added 12 gills to each of our flame guards. The gills prevent fat from dripping directly into the burners and protect them . At the same time, the hot burner air can still rise more directly and unhindered - full power for you!
Simply add as many flame protection plates as you need to your shopping cart and replace your old rusty aroma rails.
