Big Green Egg Flo's Magic Salt

The wait is over! Finally there are spices from Big Green Egg. In collaboration with Gewürzmühle Rosenheim and Wildfire BBQ, incredible spice blends have been created.

One of them is called Flo's Magic Salt and was designed by Big Green Egg Deutschland GmbH founder Flo Knecht. This salt is truly magical! Coarse pyramid salt combined with fennel, black cumin, maple sugar and lemon shavings create a flavor explosion like you've never had before. The mild salt forms the perfect base and is accompanied by sweet, almost caramel notes and rounded off with a fresh lemon flavor. A true poem! The best thing about the salt mix is that you can use it for any type of grilled food. Whether with pork steak, game, lamb, salmon, sea bass or vegetables - you can conjure up the most delicious dishes with Magic Salt!
