With this unique wireless thermometer from Big Green Egg, you can always keep an eye on the exact core temperature of your food and/or your barbecue chamber, even if you are 100 m away from your barbecue station. If the connection is interrupted, you will be notified immediately. The EGG-shaped thermometer is equipped with two probes and can measure a temperature of up to 380° C.
The device has preset temperature settings: Beef, veal, lamb and pork as well as for poultry and nine other types. Of course, you can also set the temperature individually according to your wishes. You also have the option of choosing between degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit. All temperatures and the exact instructions for use can be found in the official operating instructions.
