The cast iron plancha retains heat for a particularly long time, ensuring rich, even browning. Thanks to the raised edge, the food remains securely on the plate, while excess fat is collected cleanly in the tray.
Incombination with the Broil King Cooking Dome (69900), you can achieve even higher top heat - perfect for steaks with a first-class crust.
Care instructions
Never shock cool cast iron (do not pour water onto a hot plate) and protect it from moisture. After grilling, use pyrolysis to burn off residues, clean with a brass brush, then lightly oil and store in a dry place.
