Broil King pizza cover - perfect top heat for your gas barbecue

The Broil King Cooking Dome makes pizza baking and gratinating on your Baron gas barbecue child's play. The solid cast iron attachment ensures optimum top heat by concentrating the heat over a pizza stone or grill plate. This makes your pizza crispy, the cheese wonderfully melted and other dishes such as gratins and meat perfectly cooked.

• Specially designed for Broil King Baron gas barbecues: Fits exactly the width of two grill grates and is easy to place over a pizza stone, plancha or grill plate.
• Universal use: Can also be used for Broil King Imperial and Regal gas barbecues with stainless steel grids (with inverted grill grid).
• Solid cast iron: The Cooking Dome is made of sturdy cast iron with porcelain enamel finish for long life and even heat distribution.
• Versatile use: Ideal for baking pizza, gratinating dishes and gratinating. Perfect for meat, bread and vegetables with cheese topping.
• Optimum top heat: The heat is concentrated under the hood, ensuring even cooking and perfect results.

Possible applications

1. Pizza oven set-up: Combine the Broil King Cooking Dome with a pizza stone (e.g. Broil King Baron Pizza Stone 69842) for a fully-fledged pizza oven on your barbecue.
2. Roasting and gratinating: Swap two grill grates for a grill plate (e.g. cast iron plancha 11342 or grill plate 11242) and use the concentrated heat for perfectly cooked pieces of meat, burgers or vegetables.
3. Use with Imperial and Regal grills: Also suitable for these grills if the stainless steel grid is used upside down.
