Ingredients
Lore Chimichurri spice mix for steaks.
The basic idea of chimichurri comes from Argentina, a nation known for its long-standing barbecue tradition.

Lore was developed for steaks, but it also goes perfectly with anything the potato likes.
Enjoy Lore as a dry marinade (rub) or as a marinade/sauce on slow-cooked grilled food such as steaks, chops or on grilled vegetables! We have taken up the idea and reinterpreted it with the down-to-earth nature of the Ruhr region.
Basic recipe
To make a salsa with lore, the chimichurri is "softened" with a little water and then mixed with oil - leave to stand for a while and then spread on the freshly grilled meat. The salsa can also be used to dress a salad.
Pro tip: Replace the water with the juice of a lime or mix in equal parts.
