The blade has a slim grind, is optimally balanced and tapers to a point. Made from one of the highest quality German steels, it is carefully polished by hand as always - piece by piece, for maximum precision.
The bolster ends in the middle of the knife blade so that the end of the blade can also be optimally used and easily resharpened. At the same time, it offers the guiding hand reliable protection against injuries to the cutting edge.
In recognition of the high quality that set the standard back in 1905, each knife bears the original "F. Dick" mark, which is traditionally embossed by hand.
In this way, the new series combines classic design with modern technology. Its extraordinary appearance harmoniously combines with today's high standards of hygiene and functionality, making each knife a real gem in the kitchen.
