State-of-the-art materials and innovative production processes are used in today's production. The evenly machined steel rings are permanently and inseparably bonded to the plastic using a unique process. The slim, ground blade is perfectly balanced and tapers elegantly towards the tip.
The blade is of course made from one of the highest quality German steels, while the final sharpening - as has always been the case - is carefully done by hand. The bolster ends in the middle of the blade to make optimum use of the blade end and to make resharpening particularly easy. At the same time, it provides reliable protection for the leading hand in front of the cutting edge.
The series bears the original "F. Dick" marking as a tribute to the quality that was already proven in 1905. This traditional quality feature is still embossed by hand today.
This series combines classic design with state-of-the-art technology and combines its exceptional appearance with the high hygiene requirements of today.
