The 1905 chef's knife series from Dick has always impressed with its exceptional design. Modern materials and contemporary manufacturing processes ensure that these knives still meet the highest standards today. The even steel rings are firmly connected to the plastic handle in a special way, creating a durable and stable handle.
The blade has a slim grind, is optimally balanced and tapers elegantly towards the tip, enabling precise work. Made from one of the highest quality German steels, each blade is carefully finished by hand, piece by piece.
The bolster ends in the middle of the knife blade, so that the blade end can be fully utilized and resharpening is particularly easy, while the leading hand remains reliably protected from the cutting edge.
In recognition of the quality that set standards back in 1905, each knife bears the original embossed "F. Dick" mark. This traditional quality mark is applied by hand and underlines the many years of craftsmanship.
The 1905 series combines classic design with modern technology and combines its exceptional appearance with today's high standards of hygiene, functionality and precision.
