Together with the fruity sweetness of peach, you get a mild and fruity sauce that leaves a light bourbon flavor. You can also combine white meat such as poultry with this sauce without the flavor of the sauce becoming too dominant. But it can also hold its own on your hearty moinkballs or brisket. It will wonderfully enhance the BBQ flavor without being overpowering. If you want to use the sauce as a dip, you can also serve it with a cheese and sausage platter.
Ingredients: Tomato puree, raw cane sugar, honey, peaches 5%, mustard (water, mustard seeds, brandy vinegar*, salt, spices), Kentucky bourbon whiskey 4%, apple cider vinegar, brandy vinegar*, onions, peach syrup, spices, sea salt *Austria: spirit vinegar
