Do you want to give your fish or meat a whole new flavor without a lot of effort? Whether it's fish, prawns, poultry, steak or vegetables. We have just the right plank for you, in king size format.
Our Don Marco's salt plank L is easy to handle and just as easy to clean. Heat the plank slowly over indirect heat and oil and season the food. That's all there is to it. Now place the food on the salt plank and you're done. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth after cooling and store in a dry place for reuse.
