The plug-in connection with several locking steps made of extra-strong stainless steel makes it possible to safely adjust the distance to the heat source. The stainless steel clip ensures that the fish is optimally fixed and cooked. The salmon clamp has an additional retaining screw so that the salmon cannot slip out of the holder and even large, heavy fish can be smoked. The flaming salmon board with stainless steel holder can be attached to any kettle barbecue, gas barbecue, smoker, fire bowl or fire basket with a material thickness of 2-6 mm. On barbecues, the flaming salmon board can also be mounted on the grill grate. In addition to traditional salmon smoking, the salmon board is ideal for cooking, smoking and serving meat and vegetables.
