From fresh citrus fruits to exotic spices and aromatic herbs, each element has been carefully selected to create a gin that perfectly balances tradition and innovation. The smooth finish rounds off the taste experience and leaves a lasting impression on your palate.
As a work of art created with love and dedication, every step in the production of the gin is carried out by hand. Without sugar and without flavor, using only water, the pure distillate is brought to 43% alcohol by volume. The lead botanicals are macerated for several days before distillation so that the alcohol gently but intensively absorbs the aromas of juniper, cardamom, rosemary, lavender flowers and lemon zest.

Juniper
Juniper is the main ingredient in all gins, but in many it hardly comes into its own and is just one ingredient among many. In KUNSTWERK LONDON DRY GIN, juniper is a strong color in our palette.
Lemon
Citrus notes also come into their own in KUNSTWERK LONDON DRY GIN. The essential oils harmonize well with the bittersweet juniper and give this gin a fruity yet restrained touch.
Rosemary
Rosemary is native to the Mediterranean. It has a strong aroma reminiscent of camphor and frankincense and gives our gin an incomparable character.
Cardamom
The cardamom gives KUNSTWERK LONDON DRY GIN a sharp taste at first, but after a few sips it turns into a light sweetness.
Lavender blossom
Lavender complements the gin as, like rosemary, it tastes a little bitter and spicy. It also gives the KUNSTWERK LONDON DRY GIN a floral note, which stands out particularly in the aroma alongside the other botanicals mentioned.
Secret botanicals
Kunstwerk has added a few more ingredients to the gin. They support the main botanicals in the development of their aromas.
Pure enjoyment at room temperature
The aroma of the ingredients unfolds when you drink the gin neat and at room temperature. This allows the composition of the main ingredients of cardamom, rosemary, lemon and lavender blossom to really come into their own alongside the strong juniper berry.
The gin tastes great mixed with a classic tonic (Indian tonic) in a chilled highball glass with fresh ice cubes. Alternatively, the KUNSTWERK LONDON DRY GIN is also a delight with a Mediterranean tonic, but here a strong sweet note comes to the fore!
