Information on the "Beer & BBQ" seminar:
Here, what belongs together comes together: fine meat and special beers. A wonderful symbiosis that is guaranteed to suit your taste. Beer sommelier Anja Kober-Stegemann will present the right drink to accompany the delicacies that our grill master prepares on the fire. Two beers with each course demonstrate skillful beer-food pairing. Sometimes harmonious, when roasted aromas meet cocoa. Sometimes surprising, when chili and hoppy beer form an exciting combination.
But we don't just have a few culinary surprises in store, the stories behind the beer are also exciting. Where do the flavors come from and what bizarre stories are there about them?
The 3-course menu is prepared and served by our grill master. Two 0.1-liter beers per course, as well as unlimited water and soft drinks are included in the price. A calibration beer is served at the start and a barrel-aged digestive beer at the end - a perfect end to an enjoyable evening.

The drinks will be poured and served to you by our friendly service staff. Our food is always of the highest quality. Tender, juicy and wonderfully marbled meat. Regional fruit and vegetables. Seminar schedule:
Please be present at least 15 minutes before the start of the seminar. You will receive a warm welcome in our informal Grill Shop, where you can arrive in peace and get to know the other participants. Our service team will pick you up punctually at the start of the seminar and take you from one barbecue paradise (our barbecue store) to the next (our barbecue school). After the official registration and a first drink, off you go. Beer sommelier Anja Kober-Stegemann introduces you to the world of beer food pairing, explains what you need to bear in mind with the various components and how you can achieve the optimum variety of flavors.
During the show barbecue, our barbecue master will explain what is important when processing and preparing the barbecue food and which side dishes go well with meat and beer. On this evening, the focus is on the aroma and sensory properties of the food. The tasting will be accompanied by the cultural history of beer and lots of interesting facts about this popular drink. This seminar is particularly suitable for barbecue enthusiasts who want to take their culinary skills to the next level. Be it a heterogeneously mixed group of barbecue enthusiasts, beginners and advanced or a closed group. Everyone gets their money's worth here!
Children: Children and young people under the age of 16 are not allowed to take part in the seminar. Young people aged 16 and over pay the full fee. For individual requests, please send us an e-mail with your wishes.
Exclusive booking:
You can also book any seminar exclusively for you as a group. The size of the group is not decisive. For exclusive bookings at the weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) we have to charge the exclusive room rental fee of 400€ net in addition to the seminar fee.
For bookings during the week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) we will waive the exclusive room rental fee and you will only pay the seminar fee per participant *.
*For group sizes <14 people, a minimum of 14 participants will always be charged. Even if you come with fewer participants.
For group sizes >24 people, the barbecue seminar turns into a show barbecue. This is the better event for larger groups. For further information and inquiries, please contact us by email at info@grillgoods.de
Dates and times:
The Friday dates take place from 18:00 - 22:00.
The Saturday dates take place from 11:00 - 15:00.
Please be there 15 minutes before the start of the course so that everything can start smoothly. The end of the course is somewhat variable and, depending on the group, the social program may end a little earlier or a little later. However, we are not strict and will let you finish the evening with us in peace. However, the drinks package ends no later than 30 minutes after the end of the seminar, which will be announced by the grill master. You can ask the grill master during the seminar whether it is still possible to visit the store after the seminar.

Bookings:
For cost reasons, the minimum number of participants is 14. If the minimum number of participants is not reached by 14 days before the start of the seminar, we reserve the right to cancel the event in good time (approx. 5 working days before the planned date) and to offer you alternative dates. If we are unable to find an alternative date together, you will receive the booked course in the form of a voucher for other courses or our wide range of products. If you do not agree to a voucher, we will not be able to refund the booking fee. Cancellations by participants must be communicated up to 14 days before the start of the course. Cancellations at shorter notice will result in the seminar being forfeited. Unfortunately, for planning reasons, the reason is not decisive. Even if you are unable to attend the seminar due to illness or other understandable reasons, we will still have to charge for the seminar, as it may not have been possible to cancel the course in time for the other participants and therefore the costs will not be covered. We are therefore safeguarding ourselves with this text for this case.
Cancellations:
Participation can be canceled or rebooked up to 14 days before the start of the seminar; the booking fee will be paid out in the form of a voucher. A cash payment is not possible.
