Grillstar.de Blanc de Blanc combines the noble grape varieties Pinot Gris and Chardonnay to offer you an incomparable taste experience.
The aroma spectrum of this white wine has a character all of its own. You will be delighted by the wonderful mineral notes that combine harmoniously with a subtle, fine Burgundy fruit. Fresh pear, walnut, dried apple and a hint of sweet melon on the finish give this wine a fascinating versatility. A perfect interplay with a mild yet fresh acidity and a hint of oak rounds off the taste experience.
Grillstar.de Blanc de Banc comes from the renowned Ahr wine region and carries the QbA quality level. The 2023 vintage impresses with its fresh and lively note. With an alcohol content of 12% vol. and careful ageing in both steel tanks and barrels, this wine has a special structure and depth. The Pinot Gris grapes are gently pressed and then matured for six months, 70% in steel tanks and 30% in oak barrels. The Chardonnay grapes undergo a short maceration period and mature for eight months on the lees in small barrels.
Enjoy this unique white wine at an ideal serving temperature of 5 to 7°C. Grillstar.de Blanc de Blanc is an excellent accompaniment to light starters and dishes. It is particularly recommended with asparagus, whose free aromas are perfectly complemented by the wine.
