The höfats BOWL 70 plancha (one half) is more than just a grill plate - it is the stage for extraordinary cooking moments over an open fire. Made of enameled cast iron, it impresses with excellent heat storage, a non-stick coating for low-fat frying and a secure, three-point support onyour BOWL 70.
Thanks to its recessed design with all-round rim, everything stays on the plancha - nothing drips, nothing falls into the fire. Whether vegetables, meat or seafood: the semi-circular cast iron plate enables a variety of preparations and can be combined with a grill grid or a second plancha if required - for maximum flexibility when cooking outdoors.
