With the unique "Divide & Conquer" cooking system, Kamado Joe offers the possibility of cooking on different levels at the same time. The sophisticated rack for the Big Joe from Kamado is fitted with separately available inserts and can therefore be individually adapted to the needs of the grill master.
The principle of the rack consists of semi-circular accessories. The grilling surface is divided in the middle, so to speak. Half grill grates, cast iron plates, pizza stones, stainless steel grates, soapstone plates or even stainless steel plates are available as accessories. Almost every wish is catered for here.

Fish and vegetables or steaks and side dishes - in the Kamado Joe Classic and Big Joe you can mix and match as you wish and prepare completely different grill specialties at the same time.
