The special feature of the Kamado Joe ceramic barbecue is the patented flexible cooking system "Divide & Conquer", which you will not find on any other barbecue. Divide & Conquer is characterized above all by the fact that you can combine different frying and grilling surfaces with each other. The basis of the system is the flexible cooking rack system on which the different cooking surfaces are mounted.

The Kamado Joe stainless steel accessory tray is an accessory element that makes the ceramic grill even more functional and your grilled dishes even more varied. The accessory tray for the Kamado Joe Classic allows you to use additional utensils such as the Kamado Joe wok or a pan. This is a real alternative to the familiar grill grates, which are often only suitable for classic meat.
