The two stainless steel handles can be used for transporting both the griddle and wok.

The only thing you need to be more careful about is maintenance. The Lodge Cast products are already very well pre-baked, so only lukewarm water and a brush made of natural fibers are sufficient to clean the pan. After repeated use, you can burn in a new patina with a care paste.
