The Lodge cast iron grill press with spiral handle has been designed to press excess fat out of meat. However, it can also be used to flatten bacon or burger patties.
The press is already baked with vegetable oil at the factory and is therefore immediately ready for use and has a long shelf life. It is made of high-quality cast iron and has a stainless steel spiral handle.
The non-stick, stainless steel surface is easy to clean, but should only be washed by hand.
