The rotating grater from Microplane in a classic design is an innovative kitchen helper and offers maximum results with minimum effort.
With the photo-etched, razor-sharp fine blade - made in USA - you can grate hard cheese, chocolate and nuts effortlessly and precisely directly over your dish. The wide opening of the hopper makes it possible to process even large quantities of different foods without leaving any residue.
Hold the food to be grated by pressing lightly on the ergonomic handle, then turn the crank and you can grate in no time at all. The funnel-shaped blade allows the grated food to fall out of the drum easily.
To clean, hold the insert on the left and turn the crank counterclockwise. The drum comes loose and you can clean all parts under running water.
