With the new Microplane adjustable V-slicer, fruit, vegetables and cheese can be cut quickly, precisely and effortlessly into slices as well as into uniformly long and thin strips of any thickness using the julienne blades.
Depending on the recipe or preference, cucumbers, zucchinis, carrots, kohlrabi, peppers, apples, pears or oranges can always be quickly and easily cut into the right shape with the extremely sharp V-slicer and the equally razor-sharp julienne teeth.
Switching between slices and julienne strips is very easy and the cutting thickness can be adjusted from wafer-thin to thick using a dial on the underside of the slicer.
The finger guard supplied ensures that even small and short pieces of food can be sliced to the end without risk of injury.
The non-slip rubber base provides additional safety. After slicing, the removable blade insert can be easily removed and thoroughly cleaned under running water.
