The silicone is soft and flexible, so the patties can be perfectly shaped with circular hand movements on the lid. The burger patty press is made of silicone and makes stainless steel hamburger presses superfluous. The meat does not need a sheet of baking paper or separating sprays, as the non-stick coating of the silicone allows your burger patty to be removed quickly and easily from the hamburger press.
The fantastic thing about the Moesta BBQ burger press is that you can make patties of different weights at the same time. Perhaps the lady only wants a 170 g patty, while the man wants a large burger with a 250 g patty - no problem with this meat press.

Product features

• Fast processing: For the simultaneous production of 4 x 170-250g patties with a diameter of 125cm. In our opinion, the optimum shape for the meat.
• No warping on the grill: With a small indentation in the hamburger patty so that it does not warp on the grill!
• Prepare in advance: Patties can be frozen in the burger press without hesitation so they can be defrosted and grilled as required!

Quick instructions in 3 steps

1. Place the minced meat in the lower part of the hamburger press.
2. Place the lid (logo side) on top and press down firmly.
3. Open the lid, remove the patties and grill delicious hamburgers

Tip: Freeze your patties with the press. Frozen patties retain their shape better when grilling.

By the way: You can use the BurgerRings XL or our Moesta-BBQ Bunformer to bake perfectly shaped buns for your patties!

The patties can either be grilled immediately or frozen for later consumption. It is practical to seal them individually in foil with a vacuum sealer or freeze them together with the hamburger press.
