Monolith fire plate, Classic
Plancha grilling or simply incredibly versatile: the Monolith fire plate has many possible uses.
Turn your Monolith Classic into a very special kind of barbecue. With a material thickness of 8 mm, the solid steel plate retains heat particularly well so that you can prepare a complete meal on it. Large pieces of meat, side dishes, desserts... Almost all possibilities are open to you.
The fire plate is made to fit the Classic perfectly and has a seal to the ceramic edge on the underside. The valve cover of the Classic can be installed in the middle of the plate so that you can continue to regulate the temperature perfectly. There is a recess on the back of the plate so that the lid of the Classic does not need to be removed.
The Monolith Classic fire plate
The fire plate protrudes about 13 cm beyond the edge of the Classic, creating a temperature gradient from the center to the edge of the plate. This allows you to prepare a wide variety of dishes on the large plate at the same time. In the hot zone in the central area, your food can be seared perfectly, while in the outer area it can be drawn to the right core temperature or simply kept warm.
For easy cleaning, the hot plate has a recess under which a GN 1/16 gastro container can be placed to collect fat.
