The Monolith SGS fire pot made of solid cast iron is an indispensable accessory for every BBQ fan. It is ideal for preparing stews, stews, bread and cakes, which become particularly succulent and aromatic thanks to the even heat storage and distribution of the cast iron. The Dutch Oven fits perfectly into the Smart Grid System (SGS) of your Monolith Classic ceramic barbecue.
Product features
- Material: 4 mm thick, black enameled cast iron for optimum heat conductivity and heat storage.
- Capacity: approx. 6.5 liters, ideal for larger meals.
- Shape: Crescent-shaped, specially designed for insertion into the Smart Grid system of your Monolith Classic barbecue.
- Multifunctional lid: Reversible with smooth and ribbed side - can be used as a grill plate or serving pan.
- Internal grid: Made of stainless steel, which creates a second level in the Dutch oven for even more cooking options.
Versatile application options
- Braising: Perfect for succulent braised dishes that cook in their own juices and develop delicious roasted aromas.
- Baking: Perfect for bread, cakes or hearty roasts.
- Cooking: Whether soups, stews or stir-fries - the Dutch Oven enables versatile culinary creations.
Care instructions
- Clean only with warm water and a dishwashing brush or sponge.
- Preserve the patina with a care paste, neutral oil or vegetable fat to protect the material.
- Do not use washing-up liquid and store in a dry place.
