Ooni Dual Digital Scale
Once you've used the Ooni scale, you won't want to use another one! The scale has a large and a small weighing plate. The large one measures up to 10 kg and the small one up to 200 g. Both weigh your ingredients down to a tenth of a gram so that you can prepare the best possible dough. The digital scales are equipped with a dual LCD display, which allows you to use both weighing plates at the same time. You also get a small measuring bowl for the small plate.
